I invite comments. Taken from the site of 'Dried Up' on vimeo: It is a thesis project for Jeremy Casper and Isaiah Powers BFA in animation. “Dried Up” is the story of a quiet old man who, surrounded by desolation and apathy, perseveres to remain true to the nature of his own beliefs and character. He toils daily to forge a last ditch effort to bring hope and life to a faithless, drought ridden old town. References: Diola, M., 2010. Hope and Ordinary Work in 6 minutes. i bet you cried during the movie... :p hihihi.... :D
ReplyDeletewell, i did shed a tear. but all in all, i found it to be too straightforward and essentially predictable. graphics were gorgeous though and the voice talent superb. my manang goody-goody tendencies made me annoyed with merida for a good part of the film, buti na lang she redeemed herself towards the end. didja catch that extra after-credits scene?? love the witch/woodcrafter character!
ReplyDeletedearie, will text you tomorrow...can't receive messages from my ym.... :) so i'll just text you!!! :)
